The  below rates are inclusive of VAT and Eco-contribution, but exclude any form of government tax that may be introduced throughout the year.

Full semester accommodation: 

Semester 1: 23th September 2024 to 7th February 2025 (137 days) 

Option (1) - Private double bed, shared bathroom - € 22 per day, Total € 3014
Option (2) - Private double bed, shared bathroom, with balcony - € 22 per day, Total € 3014
Option (3) - Private double bed, with en-suite bathroom & balcony - € 24 per day, Total € 3288
Option (4) - Private double bed, with en-suite bathroom & shared terrace - € 24 per day, Total €3288

Visiting relatives / friends in the same room are charged a rate of € 15 per day.

Semester 2: 11th February to 27th June 2025 (137 days)

Option (1) - Private double bed, shared bathroom - € 24 per day, Total € 3288
Option (2) - Private double bed, shared bathroom, with balcony - € 24 per day, Total € 3288
Option (3) - Private double bed, with en-suite bathroom & balcony - € 26 per day, Total € 3562
Option (4) - Private double bed, with en-suite bathroom & shared terrace - € 26 per day, Total € 3562

Visiting relatives / friends in the same room are charged at a rate of € 15 per day.

Please note that this is an alternative accommodation and we are not affiliated to any university residence nor dormitory.

All rates include:
1 Housekeeping (cleaning of bedroom / change of Linen, sheets is done once every 2 weeks). 2 Towels, changed weekly
3 Maintenance, gas, water and electricity
4 Cable T.V
5 Free Wi-Fi
6 Use of BBQ
7 Use of Washing Machine
8 Air-conditioning is not included in the standard rates, nevertheless portable air conditioners can be provided at an additional charge of 5 euro per day per room.
9 Heaters are not included in the standard rates, nevertheless these can be provided at an additional charge of 1.80 euro per day per room.
10 When booking the accommodation a deposit of 50 euro is requested on booking confirmation which is not refundable
11 On arrival students need to pay for 2 months rent in advance and subsequently on a monthly basis, in case of early departure one months rent will not be refundable.
