The Summer Rates: 1st July - 30th September

Option (1) - Private double bed shared bathroom - € 30 per day.
Option (2) - Private double bed, shared bathroom, with balcony - € 30 per day.
Option (3) - Private double bed with en-suite bathroom & balcony - € 35 per day.
Option (4) - Private double bed en-suite bathroom & shared terrace - € 35 per day.

Visiting relatives / friends in the same room are charged an additional rate of € 15 per day.

Please note that this is an alternative accommodation and not an official university residence nor dormitory.

All rates include:

1 Housekeeping (cleaning of bedroom  / change of Linen, sheets is done once every 2 weeks).
2  Towels, changed weekly
3 Maintenance, gas, water and electricity
5 Cable T.V
6 Free Wi-Fi
7 Use of BBQ
8 Use of Washing Machine
9 Air-conditioning is not included in the standard rates, nevertheless portable air conditioners can be provided at an additional charge of 5 euro per day per room.
10 When booking the accommodation a deposit of 50 euro is requested on booking confirmation which is not refundable
