 Please note that this is an alternative accommodation and we are not affiliated to any university residence nor dormitory.
Rates are on self catering basis and inclusive of all taxes. (includes use of kitchenette / washing machine).
Short term accommodation beyond the July will be charged at summer rates, and subject to availability.
On arrival students need to pay for 2 months rent in advance and subsequently on a monthly basis, in case of early departure whether it being of their own accord or due to dismissal, one months rent will not be refundable.
Any students who leave the accommodation prior to their original departure date, will only be allowed limited access.
Should the university close its door's due to Covid-19 reasons and students will return to their country a full refund for the remaining months will be provided.
